HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!!!!  Now you know its going to be crowded early tonight so you BETTER register for your classes before you show up or you wont be able to workout.  Its simple and easy and its required!

Congrats to the INFERNO Team, and my daughter Alexis, who ran the Laguna Lake Mud Mash yesterday!!!  They represented our gym well and was by far the hottest looking group there!!!! Oh and to put a Inferno smack on it, we had our own Wes acting as the final obstacle on the course as a viking with a pugle stick and big bopping fists to clobber you as you finished!!!  It was awesome to watch everyone.  This is what a functional workout program will allow you to do.  You can go a run a 10k and jump through some hoops and climb walls, etc, etc, etc........in caveman attire and look good!  Great job guys!!!

Our Olympic lifting seminar with Charles Staley has been cancelled.  We are currently looking for another seminar and we will keep you posted!

INFERNO Warm-up x 3

Complete the following:


AMRAP in 12 minutes:

4 reps Shoulder Press (135#, 95#)

8 reps Sumo Deadlift High Pull (135#, 95#)

12 reps Ring Dips




Sprint Swings on 1:30

10 reps of 100m shuttle run + 10 KB Swings (53#, 35#)

*the shuttle run is 25m long and you go back and forth 4 times.  when you finish the 100m you then immediately do your 10 reps of KB swing.  .
