The Paleo Challenge has begun!!!!!!!!!  We had a great turn out for our lecture last night.  And even though there were some of you who where not able to make it, we will make sure to get your pictures taken before this Saturday so that you are all set up for this amazing 8 week event!!  Again, the main point of this is to reset your eating habits and see what eating a different way will do to your body composition and your performance.  It is IMPERATIVE, and required, for each of you to write down each and everything you ate and drank for the entire week.  Break it down by each day and each meal or snack.  Then at the end, write down a little review of how you felt that week.  Take a very good look at yourself, your energy levels, hunger levels, performance levels, etc.  There is no reason to do the event if you don't plan on really examining what your body is doing through it.  Also, by writing everything down we can go back to it and see if we need to tweak anything in your eating to make things better.  The entire event is about bettering YOU!!!!

For anyone interested, the company AGAIN FASTER is doing an online competition for the next couple months.  I know that some of you are interested in doing the competition and they usually have some pretty cool workouts so I will try to schedule these events as a workout for us.  The first one will be done this Saturday during the normal 930am class.  Good luck everyone!!
