So what are you doing tomorrow?  How about coming to the Inferno Gym and helping us raise money for 3 amazing causes:   , CrossFit Kids Infant Swim Rescue and Patriot Camp.  It only cost a minimum donation of $25 to do this super fun, challenging workout that only lasts for 17 minutes!!!!  So because we are doing this tomorrow, all of our normal class times will be cancelled.  We are open for EVERYONE and ANYONE that wants to help us, and crossfitters from all over the world,  raise money.  Come and have some fun with us!!!

If you were going to feed a firefighter who was going to be working out on the fireline for 24 hours, what would you feed them?  Here's what I have gotten: 2 deli sandwiches with very fluffy bread, cookies, peanut m&m's, starburst, and 2 juice boxes.  We get 2 of these to take out with us.  Not that im not thankful for something, but do you think im setting myself up for failure or success and why?  Post it !!
