Scaling is one of the most important things we do here at the INFERNO.  First off, please dont think that the weights you see on the posts and even the rep sets are for the everyday person.  They are for the very elite athlete and only about 15-20% of our members can even do the RX weights.  You might want to know why its so heavy.  It is so that we are able to push ALL of our athletes but it also gives our athletes something to shoot for.  So please dont feel like you aren't doing well if you arent getting the prescribed.  Your job is to do the very best you can and ramp up that intensity!!  Go get em kids!!!
