The new emerging mantra of Crossfit from its creator, Coach Greg Glassman, is this.....Crossfit makes every part of your life better.  Do you believe this or do you think its a sales ploy to get people to come to this type of programming? Personally, i TOTALLY agree with this statement. I have had some VERY tough things happen to me in my life.  I honestly wonder how i haven't come apart at the seems sometimes.  But what i always seem to come back to is my Crossfit Inferno lifestyle.  My workouts are a stress relief that i am unable to get anywhere else.  Not only do they relieve stress, but they give me a mental outlet, and emotional outlet, and give me such a rush of endorphins that don't get with other things.  Has crossfit improved my life overall?  Yes it has!  Posts your thoughts on Coach Glassman's comment.  What do you think?

Max time "L"-sit

Max time Hand Stand Hold on Wall

*the second you drop move to the next movement.  Partner will score your total round times and overall time
