When do we perfect our mvements while we are at the INFERNO?  Yes, we teach or reveiw the technique of the workout for that day.  But If you are new to the gym are you going to have the moves perfected?  Not at all.  Our job at that point is to get you to move as safely and efficently as we can. But whether you are a brand new person or a seasoned vet, the time when we perfect our basic functional movements is during our warm-up.  Everyday we hae you do the same warm-up for a very specific reason.  Its not to bore you or give you something to just quickly get through.  Its a very planned list of movements that will warm your entire body but are also movements that you will be doing with very heavy weights.  YOu body NEEDS to be trained to move correctly with light weight so that when you are tired or the weight is heavy, your body will default to this correct position and range of motion.  Remember, a functional movement is a safe movement and you cant get hurt if its safe.  You wil only get hurt if you are out of position.  Think about each and every rep during this warm-up period.  Dont let yourself get lazy and soft at the botom of your squat.  Keep focused, keep safe, and keep getting stromnger!!!

10 reps Power Snatch (135#. 95#)

20 reps Chest to Bar Pull-up

30 reps Jump over Bar (24", 20")

40 reps Wall Balls (20#@10", 15#@10")

50 reps Burpees

40 reps Wall Balls

30 reps Jump over Bar

20 reps Chest to Bar Pull-ups

10 reps Power Snatch.

*Jump over Bar is a PVC pipe between 2 boxes.  you will jump side to side over the bar with each jump being 1 rep
