Do you ever allow yourself to throw caution to the wind?  Or do you play it reserved?  I could be talking about this for any situation, not just working out.  It seems that there are generally 2 types of people: those that do and those that don't.  And sometimes it may look like you are throwing caution to the wind but inside you are really calculating every step.  Both stances have pros and cons to each.  If you throw caution to the wind you aren't letting fear dictate your actions or your results.  You usually just get up there with a smile on your face and go!  The down side is that maybe you burn out to fast, you don't really prepare enough for it and so you aren't able to give your best performance.  You really aren't ready.  If you are reserved you usually are thinking about each and every step that is involved and what you need to do to be the most successful.  The down side is that now there are so many steps to think about that a simple task becomes very complex with many variables.  Today the workout is made for you to decide which one you are.  The object is to go heavy and see what you can do.  Will you game it or will you get fired up watching the video and just get nuts?  Post your thoughts and then lets see what happens!!
