I look around and see amazing stories each and every day coming out of the INFERNO. Weight loss, new PR's, confidence, better blood test, etc. are an everyday occurrence. We have one member in particular that we are particularly proud of. His name is Joe Schweitzer. Joe is our most senior member at 63 years old. But you wouldn't know it at all. He doesn't complain about all the "young kid" music on the radio when we are working out, or all the other younger members running around. He will usually post himself up in the corner by the roll-up door and quietly make his way through the workouts. He has had so much change in his time with us. He has gone from just working with the bar to strapping on the big kid weights and throwing them around!! I see him wincing and grinding through the gnarliest workouts. No complaints! He is super receptive to the trainers coaching and you can tell by his improvement in his movement. Joe, you are truly an inspiration and our poster boy for the "im too old to do that crazy stuff" excuse. Keep it up my friend!!!!!
