Everyone who joins a gym or starts an exercise program, or diet, is hoping for some sort of change.  They want bigger muscles, they want less body fat, they want to lose weight.  Most of the time, the masses will start out will all kinds of passions and determination!  They come out blazing!!!  But after a couple weeks or so, the fire seems to die and they miss a day, or they have a "cheat day".  Then it turns to a few days, then a week, then a month.  Then they decide its time to try again.  Why does this always happen?  I'd have to say its a lack of patience.  Things don't happen overnight.  It takes time to have a full transformation.  It take time to lose weight or gain muscles.  You have to see your time in the gym, or the diligence to your diet, as the small drops of water that made the Grand Canyon what it is!  It took time for the water to erode the massive canyons of the Grand Canyon.  BUT, it happened and its one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World!!!  Don't expect the change to happen over night.  Enjoy the journey!  And know that if you stay true to the course, you will soon be the 8th Wonder of the World!!!! 

We have 10 days until the Southern California Regional Event at CAL STATE Long Beach.  So are we going to have a huge Inferno Family rooting us on or what???  Here is info to the Games locations, hotels etc.

40 reps Sit-ups

50 reps Squats.

**3 minutes rest between each round.
