You probably have a pretty good idea of who you are today.  You have been around YOU for a long time and know how you react, how you think, what your weaknesses are, and what your strengths are.  But how do you know who you are going to be tomorrow?  Many of us think that tomorrow will be just like today: the same routine, the people, the same outcomes.  The crazy thing is that you have the ability to do amazing things tomorrow if you want to you.  You can change the way you think, the way you react, the way you work and the intensity in which you work.  Visualize who you want to be and what you want to do.  Don't just daydream about, but put your thoughts into action!  See what you can do with your new life.  Who do you want to be !!!  Become that person!!!

10 Rounds:

Max reps Hand Stand Push-ups

Max reps Double Unders

*For HSPU's go until you have to come off the wall, or you fall off the wall.  If you are kipping you can only stop on your head for a count of 3 seconds.  Write your score down and get right into the Double unders.  For those that are unable to get 10 Double Unders normally, do tuck jumps.
