I'm getting fired up being over here in Chicago and doing the announcing for the North Central Regional CrossFit Games Event.  There are some monsters out here and it was hard to watch and talk to them!  All I wanted to do was go get my stuff on and jump in there and throw weights around!!!  Whats really cool is knowing that people know of the INFERNO all the way out here!!!!  Makes me smile!

*5 reps on the minute for 20 minutes.  If you fail a round, rest the next minute and continue but you owe 20 pushup per round.

*10 unbroken reps on the minute for 5 minutes


Rest 1 minute


Kettle Bell Swings (53#, 35#)

*30 unbroken reps on the minute for 3 minutes.
