Summer is right around the corner and you know what that means..........SKIN EVERY WHERE!!!!!  Now here at the INFERNO, we don't obsess over what the scale says.  We obsess on our performance.  We don't obsess on how much we eat or don't eat.  We obsess on WHAT we eat.  When the spotlight is taken off these "other" stupid items, then we are free from the chains that bind EVERYONE else out there.  As our fuel improves and our performances increase, guess what.....our bodies will follow.  We will get the body we want by doing what is important:  Constantly Varied Functional Movements done at High Intensity while eating food that matches what our DNA wants us to eat.  Free yourself from the chains that bind the masses!!!  Come get the body you've always wanted.  Show the world what a truly functional body looks like!!!  I promise you, it will be hot!!! INFERNO Warm-up x 3

Complete the following:


Front Squats (155#, 105#)

*3 rounds of Max reps (until failure), off the rack. Rest as needed




6 rounds with a partner:

Max Reps Hand Stand Push-up

100m Sprint

*This is a partner portion of the workout.  Each person will do 8 rounds each.  When its your turn, you will do the max reps of HSPUs then immediately go outside and you will sprint 100m dragging your partner by a band. The second you are done, you will rush inside and its your partners turn.  While he/she is working, this is your rest time.
