Well we are FINALLY getting some amazing weather and I know people are hitting the beaches. Yes its beautiful out there, yes the sun is amazing, yes the skin is starting to come out and yes Spring, and soon Summer, is in the air and everyone is getting all excited to see people and go frolic through the beaches and the meadows!  But, remember what gave you that amazing body that everyone is checking out!  Its all that INFERNO training you have been doing!  Its make your abs look like a  washboard, your butt put J Lo and Beyonce to SHAME, your arms look like a Olympian, and your legs look like a goddess!!!  Why am I saying all this??  Well, first, its true, and second.......I am missing many of you in the gym!!!!  WHERE ARE YOU GUYS!!!!!!  Keep that body you have by giving it 1 hour a day of true fitness!!  You treat it right, and it will treat you right!
