Power.....it isn't just how much work you can do.  Power is how much work can you move quickly. I read an article saying that if you did 25 push-ups every hour on the hour that you would be getting a great workout.  That is 250 push-ups.  Sure that is a bunch!  But then why is it so much harder when you do it all at one time?  Well duh!!!  It take more strength and endurance to do it all at one time.  Since you are doing more work in a shorter amount of time, it takes more POWER!!!!  As we always say in the gym, we want you to do the moves correctly, we want you to put some weight on and get stronger and we want you to do it as fast as you can!!!

I'm very glad to hear about all the renewed fire in everyone from the Sectional Open!!!  Lets use this and see what we can accomplish from it!!!  Lets get some new GOALS on the GOALS board!!  We need to get those up so we can shoot for em!!
