If you look at many of the name on the leader board you will see some interesting things.  Of course you will see the machines crushing it at the top.  Then there are these unreal scores from unknown people.  Sure they can be legit but I guess we will truly see when they get in the arena and are judged.  But then you will see something else on there....people that are really good at some things and then bad at others and some that, may not be the best at everything but are very consistent across the board.  When we go back to it, what is the definition of Crossfit training?  To be good at EVERYTHING, not just great at one thing.  Its a high level of aptitude across broad time and modal domains.  I would like everyone to see that all of our competitors are showing just this!!!  Sure we will do well in some but we are very consistent across the board.  When I see that as a coach, I know our programming is correct.  Sure there are still some movements that we need to fix as a gym, but we are working on that.  We need you to keep pushing your limits!  Go heavy!  Go fast! Go hard! and Go Technical!  We will build our depth of badass-ness and then really crush the world!!!  Now I like the sound of that!!!

THOSE DOING THE SECTIONAL WOD TOMORROW!!! We will try to get the Heat sheet up today.  If its not there then we will need everyone to arrive at the gym at 12 noon.  Heats will be listed on the board at the gym.  Each heat will be a total of 10 minutes with a 5 minute rest in between.  So even if you are last, the day will go quick.  If you couldn't pay on MindBODY then just bring your cash or check to the gym.
