Well here we, another Monday at the INFERNO. Now I know that everyone wants to start their training or working out on Monday. Why is that? Why is Monday a better workout day than a Thursday? The answer is that it isn't. Everyday is a good day to workout! It will help get you fit, it will help you lose weight, it will help you build muscle or tone up, it will help relieve stress, it will help you put life in perspective, it will help you get out aggressions, it will help you to burn off steam, it will help you make friends, it will help you become part of a group, it will help you learn to move right, it will help you to decrease injuries......and I could keep on going!!! There aren't too many things in life that can do this kind of thing. So why do most people only come in on Mondays and then disappear by Friday? The answer is with you. You are the only one that can change that. You know what you will get! So come and get it!!!
