We are presenting the winners of the CROSSFIT INFERNO PALEO CHALLANGE today!!!  As always, I want to congratulate all of the people who were involved in the challenge.  This was the largest group that made it all the way through and there were amazing changes in everyone!!!  Remember, all of you are winners in this challenge.  All of you changed your eating and saw how your body reacted to eating the correct diet.  You felt the changes in your performances, some of you lost much weight, some of you had your body change, and all of you learned the importance of a correct diet.  So, without further adieu........  here are the winners of our 3rd CROSSFIT INFERNO PALEO CHALLENGE:

If you are planning are joining us for the SECTIONAL WOD#3 EVENT at the INFERNO tomorrow, you must REGISTER HERE.  The heat sheets will be made from these registrations.  If you are a "Walk-in" you will be put in one of the later rounds.   All athletes, registered and walk-ins must be at the gym by 1230pm to check in and warm-up.  Remember, the WOD is only 5 minutes long so the heats will go quickly!!!!!  Our first heat will start at 1pm sharp  We will have 5mins between each heat.  The event should only take about an hour!!!!!  Be there early!!!!  Initial heat sheets will be posted on this site at 3pm today.

Complete the following:


1000m Row (or 5 minutes max rowing)

3 rounds of:

7 reps Deadlift (315#, 220# or 70% of 1RM)

14 reps Ring Dips

21 reps Pull-ups

*Go right from the rowing into the 3 rounds.  Your overall time will start at the rower and end at the final round of pull-ups
