Today we will be doing what is called a "chipper" workout.  These involve a bunch of different movements but you only have to do them once.  They can be a real head game because they look like there is a ton of work that will have to be done.  Its true, there is!  But the big thing to remember is once you get through one movement, you will not see that one again.  So whats the best strategy when hitting something like this?  Well there is always the method of going as hard and fast as you can and hopefully getting to the end before you are out of juice.  There is the idea of trying to pace and making sure that you have rest in between each of the different movements.  There is also the idea of hitting the moves you are really good at as straight through as possible so that you can take a little bit more time on the ones that you do not excel at as well.  These are all good ideas and you should probably take a little bit from each of them.  But as in all workouts, the point is to go as fast as you can through the entire thing.  If you look at today's, its not going to be a 5-8 minute WOD so kick it down a little notch.  BUT, try to limit your rest as much as you can.  As long as reps are being done, the workout is shrinking. If you are resting and not moving, then the WOD stays the same.  See what strategy you can come up with today!
