If any of you INFERNO members want to do the Sectional WOD tonight before Saturday, you need to register at this link, SECTIONAL REGISTERATION, and then show up at the 730pm class to warm up.  We will begin the WOD right at 830pm.  For ANYONE, Inferno members and everyone else, that wants to do the Sectional WOD, we will have our OPEN EVENT this Saturday with 1st heat starting at 1pm.  You will need to be there at 12pm to check in and warm up.  Register at the SECTIONAL REGISTRATION link.  If you are not signed up for the Games but want to do the WOD, you still can!!  Register at the Sectional Registration link and sign up for the SCALED WOD.  This will cost you $10 rather than the $15 amount for those in the OPEN.

We train each and every day to be ready to give your best each and everyday!  Please don't think that you need to hold back during the week before you do your Sectional WOD.  If you di this each week then by the last couple WODs of the Sectional OPEN you will be out of shape and not ready to give your best.  The only thing you need to do is not totally crush yourself the day of.  You can still work out the day before also!  In fact you should!! Each of you are physically ready to handle a workout like this after a couple days of some crushing INFERNO wods!  Be confident in your training!  You are ready to go at any moment!  Remember, its just another workout and you do those all the time!   So get your WODs in, then when your day comes up for the Sectional WOD, just hop in and crush it!!!

We will be starting our new morning classes next week!!!!  Our new schedule in the mornings will be MWF 8am and 915am, and TTh 630am and 745am.  Please spread the word!!!  We also will have our normal 930am class this Saturday and the 1045 INTRO TO THE INFERNO CLASS.  We will get right into the Sectional Event right after.

30 reps Hand Stand Push-ups

3 rounds of:

7 reps Any Clean and Jerk (155#, 105#)

14 reps Chest to Bar Pull-ups

21 reps Air Squats.




Play with the Sectional WOD:

*do some reps with the weight, feel the push-ups, practice some box jumps.
