Well I want to thank Sarah, Lauren and Denise for sending some links to some very important stories in the news.  First, Sarah posted a link on the comments board a couple days ago from US News and World Report.  It is about how women should train to lose weight and look good.  Check out the link and you will see that it is something that we have been preaching since the beginning!  Hopefully, if there are any women out there who are afraid of lifting and getting giant muscles, they will soon be able to loose that entire mind set.  Lauren send a link that had Rob Wolf on the ABC Nightly News talking about the Paleolithic lifestyle.  Paleo diet and Crossfit all slide into the story.  People will soon be beating down the door to come to YOUR gym here at the INFERNO!!!!  Get ready!!!!  And finally, Denise sent me a video that does a tribute to the women at the Crossfit GAMES last year.  All I can say is that there is nothing hotter than a strong, physically capable and confident woman who is still feminine. NOTHING!!!!
