So everyone out there has a smart phone.  There are the iPhones, Blackberries, Droids, etc, etc.  and all of these phone have cool apps to use.  These apps cover the spectrum of topics and I started looking around on my iPhone for some cool crossfit ones, or paleo ones, etc.  I found a free one that is a diary and it can be linked to our site here.  It will give you the workout of the day, the blog, a timer, a place to write your nutrition for the day, etc.  Its pretty cool!  Its called "XF Diary".  Check it out!!!  Anyone have any other cool apps out there for us crazy crossfitters? Post it!!
