Mental Toughness.  How much ability do you have to stay in the "game" or not give in?  We are faced with needing mental toughness each and everyday and in ALL aspects of our life.  Are you trying to quit a nasty habit?  Are you wanting to lose some weight or improve your nutrition?  Are you wanting to better your times in your workouts, or improve your strength?  Are you wanting to get hired for that job or smash the interview or test?  To succeed in anything, it take work.  But whoever has the highest level of mental toughness is going to persevere.  When you are in the INFERNO gym, you have a daily test to see how much mental toughness you have.  How fast can you keep running, how many reps can you get to before you stop, how soon can you get your hands back on the bar and continue.  Mental toughness is something that is learned and improved upon.  You need to push yourself through these little tests.  Move that pain threshold back each day.  Pick a goal to get to rep and don't let yourself stop until you get to it.  The more you do this, the greater amount of mental toughness you will achieve.  See you are capable of doing.  I bet you will surprise yourself!!!

I am looking for Sectional Qualifier tryout participants!!  Please don't think that you if you have no chance of winning it that you shouldn't do it.  This is not the reason to do the Sectionals.  People don't do the Boston Marathon or the Wildflower Triathlon because they think they are going to win.  They do it because they want to test their body and see how they will do.  You should have the same mindset for this!  It is going to be a worldwide good time!!!  Let me know if you are going to do it!!!  word
