For all of you new comers to this site, first off, welcome to the INFERNO!  We are the first, the biggest and the most experienced CrossFit gym in San Luis Obispo County!  Second, whats with all these huge weights!?!?!?!  This is very important, the weights that are shown on the site are what we called "Rx'ed" or prescribed.  These are for the very high end crossfitters.  If you are just starting, please done let your pride get in the way.  The way these workouts are programmed are to elicit a neuro-endocrine response.  The weights you lift will be WAY different than you would if you were doing shoulders or legs in a regular gym and they will affect you WAY differently.  Start light.  Learn the moves either by watching the videos we put on the site or by coming into the gym.  Don't get discouraged by the moves, the weights or the rep schemes.  Do what you can when you start.  Soon you will be tossing weights around with ease and looking and feeling better than you ever have!  We hope to see you in the gym!!!

Deadlift (185#, 135#)

Strict Pull-ups

Sumo Deadlift (185#, 135#)

Butterfly or Kipping Pull-ups.
