Today is the Super Bowl!  I like to see events like this and acknowledge the fitness characteristics of the athletes on the field.  You will see strength, speed, agility, explosiveness and power all happening right on the television.  Think about the things YOU do to achieve your results.  You may not be on a Super Bowl team, but you are attaining abilities that many can only dream of!  Keep up the good work!  Those of you that were at the INFERNO Foundations Class yesterday, amazing job!!!  You all have some great movement.  Remember to constantly assess what your body is doing, strive for perfection in form and fight to not let yourself get lazy.  Ultimate fitness is well within your reach!!!
