Well the date has finally been set for the start of the CrossFit Games Worldwide Sectional CompetitionMarch 15th is the day!!!  At that time, a workout will be posted and you will have the rest of the week to do the workout and either get it on video and submit it or go to a registered box and have the workout validated.  We will hopefully be able to be one of the registered affiliate boxes.  I'm not quite sure how we will handle the events yet but we will let you know.  I am looking for MANY of our members to join me in the quest to see who is the fittest on the planet.  What this means is that you will join me in doing the 6 workouts and giving everything you have, just like you do each and everyday.  Last year our Affiliate Team missed going to the games by 3 places.  If you would like to be on the Affiliate Team and try to get to the games this year and get in some of that prize money, you will have to go through the Sectional Competition also.  I want to get all of our people involved.  Lets see if we can get the biggest team of all the affiliates to do it!!!!

Jack LaLanne past away 2 days ago in his Morro Bay home.  He was the "Godfather of Exercise" and worked out everyday of his life.  We want to express our thanks to him for all that he has done for exercise and our condolences go out to his family and also his nephew and fellow affiliate owner Chris LaLanne in San Francisco.

*Sub MU's with jumping MU's, Low Jumping MU's, or 3 Pull-up and 3 Dips = 1 MU




Shoulder Press (70% of 1RM)


*Warm-up and then all 4 of the sets must be at 70%.  Do not increase the weight through the sets
