isn't just about coming to the gym and wrecking yourself.  Its changing your body by teaching it the correct way to do things first, THEN being able to make improvements in your body.  Below is a picture of Samson, he is our new puppy.  Puppies are in a constant state of training.  Yes they are cute, and yes they do some really silly things and yes you will have a good time with them. But unless you are constantly working with the puppy, then he/she will NEVER improve and become the dog you want them to be.  Yes there has been poop and pee on my carpet and on our floors but that doesn't mean that you just get frustrated and give up on the training.  You must keep going.  And then when Sammy actually starts to get it and will make it outside to poop, do we stop the training then?  No!  You keep on going!  You need to enforce correct actions and then its not something that happens every once in a while, it become en-grained in the body.  Then you know that true training has happened and the fun can then begin!  Does this sound familiar to any of you?  We TRAIN each and everyday in our movements, in our nutrition, in our sleep patterns, EVERYTHING!  Until all of these things happen perfect without having to think, then your training must continue.  It will happen, so DO NOT get frustrated if things aren't happening exactly when you want them to.  Give them time and just keep working!!
