Everyday you are working out, you are talking to your body.  Telling it to go harder and go faster.  Sometimes it does what you want, and other times it doesn't quiet make it.  There are tons of reason for the awesome or the crap performance: nutrition, sleep, job stress, relationship stress, life, kids, parents, money, etc, etc, etc.  So how do you help yourself through these times?  You are a very complex machine and to really know what makes you work the best is to look at all of those different variables.  The only way to do this is to listen to you body.  Your body will tell you what it needs.  Do you need more rest, Do you need a little bit longer warm-up, do you need to lay it on the line and just do it, do you need to put more weight on, do you need to rest a little bit less?  You body is speaking to you.  If you have an issue, then figure out what the issue is and do something to fix it.  If you are succeeding, then don't stop there, move forward.  Make sure you are physically ready to go.  Make sure you are mentally ready to go.  Listen to your machine!!!

So who is going to do the Sectional Qualifiers?  Its coming up and id like to see a ton of you do it!!  Lets get a massive team together and do this!!!!!
