Today is the day that we start the CROSSFIT INFERNO PALEO CHALLENGE!!!!!  Be at the 730 training time to listen and learn to the lecture on the what the Paleo diet is and what you can and cant eat and why, get your pictures taken (please wear small clothes so we have skin to watch dissappear) and sign up!!!!  Its only 8 weeks to see what amazing things your body can do when it eats the right whole foods!!!!

If you haven't looked on the "lets do something fun" link, then you haven't seen the new events going on out there.  For you ladies, there is a competition specifically for you.  Its called FemmeFit 2011 and is a crossfit event up in the Walnut Creek area that everyone is able to participate in.  Check out the link and lets see if we can rally some of you to go have a little fun!!!!

30 reps Pull-ups

40 reps Bar Jump (24#, 20#)

50 reps Wall Ball (20#@10', 15#@10')

40 reps Bar Jump

30 reps Pull-ups

20 reps Burpees

10 reps Squat Snatch

* Bar jump is when a pvc pipe is placed across 2 boxes and you must jump back and forth over the pvc pipe without hitting it.  If you hit it, then rep doesnt count. Each time over the bar is counted as a rep.
