So if you read the blog yesterday, then you should have figured out what your goals are going to be this year.  Today is the day you start it!!!!  Your goals and the steps needed to achieve them should be up on your mirror or refrigerator (or where ever you are going to see it everyday).  This way you are sure to see it and keep yourself on track.  This is your year, so make it happen!!!

10 reps Lt Arm DB Snatches (50#, 35#)

10 reps Rt Arm DB Snatches (50#, 35#).

20 reps Sit-up with a Med Ball Throw (20#, 15#)

*anchor feet and throw ball against the wall and catch
