It cracks me up when the fitness "buzz words" get thrown around by trainers, infomercials, or globo-gyms.  The words sound so good and to most general public people. They hear these words and then get all excited about some mystical transformation that they think will take place.  "Core-work", "boot-camp", "functional movement" are just some of those magical words.  "Functional" is a very important word to us.  When we say functional, we mean it is a movement that is replicated in real life, its a movement that we are designed to do, we need it to be able to lead an independent life and its safe.  The movements we do are exactly this.  When our members use these functional movements, they will soon see more flexibility, more strength, more speed and more confidence.  This translates into more muscle tone, more fat burned and looking better naked!  Moving large loads, long distances quickly will do amazing things to your body.  Just see if Zoomba or the bosu-ball can do that!
