Goals....if you don't have one, you need one!!  If we don't have goals, then all we do is aimlessly float around this planet.  Now when I'm talking about goals, it could be goals in the gym (wanting to do a muscle-up), goals in sports (to make the traveling team or get a scholarship), goals in our job (to get a promotion), goals in our relationships (to make a special point of making someone feel special everyday, you get the point.  The thing you need to remember is that no matter how big or small the goal is, you have to make it so that everything you do is to help achieve that goal.  Every action, every plan for the day, every thought basically is made to move you closer to achieving your goal.  We are getting into the holiday season.  This is the time when people get all crazy and goals seem to go out the window until New Year's Day.  And what happens then?  That's right...new year resolutions.  Lets make some goals before then.  You can post them if you want or you can keep them private, but make them.  Its what keeps us going in the right direction:)

This week we will have a modified class schedule:  M, T, W will be normal times, NO CLASS ON THANKSGIVING, Friday will have 8am, 5pm and 615pm only, then normal class on Saturday.
