There a ton of reasons why people crossfit.  We see tons of videos of insane work done by amazing athletes.  It is so inspiring to see these crazy videos.  But, after reading some of the comments that people wrote about our own Deborah, the true meaning of crossfit really come out.  The top 1% as the celebs are called are great but the majority of crossfitters are the "everyman and every woman".  These are the college kids, the young kids, the middle 30's and 40's, parents and grand parents who are wanting that true functional fitness.  They want to be the healthiest they can be, and be able to have a functional and enjoyable life.  This is why Deborah's video resonated so well with people.  One of the comments said that her interview should have been titled "Why we Crossfit".  I think her words hit it perfectly.... "it changed my life!"  How can anyone argue with that?  We want all of our members to feel the same way.  It has changed all of our lives and we are here to bring the best training around so that we are able to change your lives as well.  Enjoy the opportunity you have here.  There really is nothing like it!!!!
