For those that have been with us for some time now, can you ever imagine going to a regular gym and doing lateral raises or leg extensions ever again?  I know its difficult to even think about it.  There are many people out there who are trying so hard to find something to make them fit.  They want to look good, they want to feel good.  You have found the true "fountain of youth" here at the INFERNO.  The way you train and the lifestyle you lead here is enabling you to be younger, move younger, act younger, feel younger.  When i say younger, im talking about a body that is doing what it is supposed to be doing and reacting how it was made to be reacting.  Every have discussions with people about it?  What do they say?

4 rounds:

15 reps Box Jumps (36", 28")

12 reps Chest to Bar Pull-ups

9 reps Burpee Clean and Jerk (135#, 95#)

*This is a burpee but instead of jumping and doing the clap you Power Clean and Jerk the Bar, then drop down for the burpee.  You can keep your hands on the bar and touch your chest to the bar or you can release the bar and do the burpee to the floor. your choice.
