MMMMMMMM!!!!  A crossfit classic chipper!  This workout is forcing you through a ton of different things.  Yes it is a crusher but the nice thing is that once you get through one particular movement, you won't see it again for the rest of the WOD.  How nice is that!!!  The goal here is as many unbroken set as possible on the workout.  Yep, if you heard me speaking between the lines...i said you need to figure out how you can trick your mind into making you do as many reps straight without stopping.  You have 10 stations here and there will be plenty of time to rest between the different movements.  This week we have talked about increasing your INTENSITY, we have had WODs that force you to go longer than you want or there were burpees, we have had shorter bursting WODs and some longer grinding WODs.  Well today we put it all together and give it you ......the "Filthy Fifty".  Go big with this one then go enjoy your weekend!!!

50 Push Press, (55#, 45#)

50 Back Ext on GHD or Good Mornings w bumper on back (25#, 15#)

50 Wall Ball (20#@ 10', 15#@10')

50 Burpees

50 Double Unders (or 3:1 singles)
