Attention to detail is extremely important when you are trying to improve yourself.  Whether its your weight or your performance, you must demand the most from yourself.  When you are wanting to improve your diet, then make sure you are eating exactly what you are supposed to be eating.  If you want to improve your movement, then concentrate on all the key points during your warm up so that you build that muscle memory.  If you want to improve any weaknesses you might have, then you need to make a concentrated effort to fix it by putting a little extra time into it.  Its not just dedication, but constantly stay on task to the smallest detail.  Nothing worthwhile comes easy.  It takes work.  You can do it!!!!!

KB Turkish Get-up (53#, 35#)

KB Single Arm Overhead Squats (53#, 35)

KB Swings (53#, 35#)

KB 300m Run (53#, 35#)

*can use either hand on the TGU, just get to 21 reps, on the run you will carry the KB with you the whole time.
