FIGHT GONE BAD is exactly 1 week away!!!  Next Saturday, we will be here at the INFERNO gym from 10am until 5pm running people through the 17 minute workout raising money for 3 AMAZING causes!!!  The workout is open to everyone and we are hoping for over 200 people to come and give it a go!!!  Click here for more info!!!  See you there!!!

Today we will be doing one of the most famous crossfit workouts, "Murph".  What makes it famous is that is 1) hard, 2) there is a bunch of running and 3) it has a ton of reps of stuff.  Please come and experience this WOD.  They are all hard so that shouldn't be a problem.  If you don't like to run, then you REALLY should come to this one because its a good change to have some miles in the workout.  Remember, we should attack the things that we consider weaknesses so that we can get better. And finally, the reps of pulls, pushes, and squats are always good to test your body (remember how everyone felt when the did angie?).  So come on in and get mentally ready to attack this workout!  You all can do it!!!!!




INFERNO Warm-up x 3


Complete the following:

1 mile run

100 pull-ups

200 push-ups

300 squats

1 mile run

*you can break the numbers of pull-ups, push ups and squats any way you like as long as the total number is achieved.  Run starts at the 1st door to Suburban rd, make a left, run down to the intersection of Suburban and S Higuera and then come back.  That is your mile.
