Movement, Consistency, then Intensity.  This is how we teach people what we do at the INFERNO.  We need to retrain most people how to move when they come in.  We teach them how to move properly, safely and efficiently.  From here we work on consistency with those movements.  We want to develop muscle memory in these proper movements.  Then we push the intensity.  This doesn't mean that you wont be tired or you wont get a good workout before you have the moves perfected, but once you do  master the movements, then you will really start to see the gains in performance which will be gains in strength, more muscle tone and less body fat.  So don't get discouraged if you don't have it mastered yet.  Keep practicing and pushing!  It, and all the benefits will come!!!!

Front Squats





30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 reps of:

KB Swings (75#, 55#)

Ring Push-ups (fist to armpit depth)

*put rings 4" off the ground, scale by doing regular push-ups
