How do you feel when you are done with a workout at the INFERNO?  Are you ready for more? Do you feel like you need to do more?  I am hoping your answer is NO.  When you are training with CrossFit, dont look at it as one workout at a time.  Our training works over the course of time.  So, if the workout is a strength WOD, hit it with all you got!!!  If its a met-con, hit it with all you have!!!  The point is to ALWAYS goes after it.  Don't let yourself be afraid of it being hard.  Accept the workout, smile at it, then just get to business.  When you train this way, you will be training with INTENSITY and this is where you will be increasing strength, burning calories, decreasing weight and becoming a more fit individual.  Now go get some!!!
