I hope everyone is still reeling from the time with the celebs as they came through town!  They were all very stoked on our gym, our workout, and especially our people.  They had a great time with everyone at the beach and bonfire and loved how friendly everyone was.  Way to go you guys!!!

Remember, when we are training, we do not talk about cardio....we talk about intensity.  The object is to get through the workout, with full range of motion of course, as fast as possible.  Yes we want to train strength sometimes, but do not sacrifice intensity for the sake of strength.  We need to make sure that the 3 minute workouts take around 3 minutes, the 10 minute workouts take around 10 minutes, and the 20 minute workouts take around 20 minutes.  What this means is to go with your highest intensity for the short times, and gradually bring it down as the workout gets longer.  But do not have the same speed and tempo for the 5 minute as you do for the 15 minute.  So, lets get to it!!!!
