We are coming to the close of our 2nd CROSSFIT INFERNO PALEO CHALLENGE on Friday.  We still have 17 people still in the running and I will say that they all look amazing!!!! We talk much about nutrition here at the gym and we also hear about cheat days.  You need to be VERY careful about these cheat days.  A cheat day is meant to allow you to eat something "bad" so that you don't constantly crave it.  This is a nice way for you not feel deprived from some of those tasty treats out there.  However, the more you have cheat days, the more you go right back to eating the tasty crap that will do nothing but ruin all the hard work you do.  If you are able to stay solid to your proper eating regime, then you will get to the point where you don't even want those foods.  Besides, why reward yourself with something that is nothing but bad for you?  Its like an alcoholic rewarding himself with a beer. Reward yourself with your healthier body!!! All of you have said that you feel better when you eat right, that you have more energy when you eat right, that you perform better when you eat right.  So why go the other way?  Don't let yourself be lazy when it comes to your health.  Do the absolute best you can for you body, and it will do the best for you!  I cant wait to see the "after" pictures!!!!!
