Tomorrow we will be doing our normal 930am training at Bishop's Peak.  We will be meeting on the Patricia side trail head.  This will be timed event.  You can run, run/walk, walk/run, walk, or crawl.  But the workout is to the top and back down.  Wear your Inferno gear and show everyone how show everyone how "BADASS" we are!! NO CLASS WILL BE HELD AT THE GYM!!!!!

4 rounds of 2:30 minute sets.  You have 2 mins to do the Box jumps then complete the following movements with the remaining time.  Then 30 secs rest:
