There were some amazing PR's yesterday from quiet a few people.  So stoked for everyone!!!  It just feels so good when you can come into a workout and, for what ever reason, you just feel great!  You feel strong, you feel fast, you feel on fire!  MMMMM  YES!  Then of course there or those other days that you feel like you couldn't lift the PVC pipe if it was in the workout.  What are you supposed to do when these days happen?  Well first, don't get down on yourself.  There are a bunch of things that can affect our day negatively.  This is why we say that we want you to push to your "relative" intensity.  When you feel good, go BIG!!!!  When you feel like crap, sometimes just going through the motions is enough to make you feel better about your day.  Remember its, only a workout.  Its not a test, or job interview, or anything important.  There is always tomorrow.  So, if you happen to have one of those crappy days, just take it in stride.  Smile and think about what you could have worked on, or what you need to do to feel better when you come to the gym the next time.  If you have one of those excellent days; enjoy it, relish it, bask in it.  Try to figure out what made the day go so well.  Either way, its just a workout.  Have a great day today!!!
