Tonight Dr Steve Tullius of Tullius Chiropractic will be doing a free presentation on the benefits of Chiropractic and how it fits into an active lifestyle.  If you are new to the thought of Chiropractic then tonight would be a great time to learn exactly what it is.  Its not some "witchcraft voodoo doctor" stuff.  It really has a place in overall wellness.  Please come in, learn about it, ask questions, and BRING A FRIEND!!!!  Again its free for everyone, so lets give Dr. Tullius a warm welcome tonight!!  The presentation will start at 730pm.  We will NOT have our normal 730pm class due to the presentation so com to the 615pm, get an insane workout and then learn how Chiropractic will help your performance and your life!!  See you there!!

We will be doing another Foundation Class this Saturday at 7am to 10am.  This class will help you gain the proper understanding of the nine basic movements in Crossfit and give you specialized and individualized instruction in them by the only Level 2 Crossfit Instructor in the county (and Level 1 Trainers who are held to the Level2 standards!)!!! If you are an 3 month unlimited member, then the class is paid for by us.  If you are a single month unlimited, or punch-card member, or not a member but would like to learn to move correctly and safely, the class is $100 but well worth every penny.  Please email at if you will be at the class!
