I want to publicly congratulate all of the CROSSFIT INFERNO PALEO CHALLENGE members are doing on their 8 week quest of pure paleo eating. 3 weeks down and 5 more to go!  Now whether you are in the challenge or not, remember what this eating style is all about.  Its a caloric restrictive diet in the sense that you eat low glycemic load foods.  This means that you eat much protein, much vegetables, and then your nuts.  Fruit are great as long as its not more than your veges, and then no breads or grains.  But even though its restricted in calories, its not restricted in portions.  So you need to remember to eat enough.  If you feel tired or hungry, then you need to eat.  Look at your food logs.  Do you have mostly fruit on it?  Make some subtle changes and see how you feel.  This is the time to test your body and see what makes it tick and what kind of performance you can get out of it!  Keep up the good work!
