Some of our members hate to miss a day of training at the INFERNO.  Sure, it feels great to know that you are getting an insane workout.  But we do want you to get rest also.  Lately we have talked about TRUE rest, meaning getting enough sleep, or taking some time off.  But there is also active rest.  Active rest is doing some other activity other than an INFERNO workout.  This is when you would add in the runs, the rides, or the swims.  This is when you would surf, hike, or rock climb, Here is when you play ball, go golf, stand-up paddle, or any other activity or sport.  In the Crossfit definition of world class fitness, it talks about proper nutrition, doing constantly varied movements at high intensities, and DOING AND TRYING NEW SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES OFTEN! Use these new found skills and movements you have to lead a more active lifestyle!  Enjoy your life!

The Foundation Class will start at 10am at the gym!

THE CROSSFIT INFERNO PALEO CHALLENGE will begin on Wednesday June 7th.  We will do our meeting and take the pictures during the 730pm class slot so THERE NOT BE CLASS AT 730 on WEDNESDAY!!  See you there!
