How many of you have been told "you are crazy!" about working out at the INFERNO?  How does that make you feel?  Well I think you should be VERY proud of that.  What you do here is crazy, but crazy in a good way, especially when you compare it to the other types of workouts there are out there.  The general public does not want to work hard for anything.  They want to take a pill to lose weight, to put some electrodes on you and zap their body, do the basic weight lifting or treadmill running, or they want to do some other new fangled thing that is easy.  Well, getting fit isn't easy.  To get your body to do what its supposed to do and look the way its supposed to look takes determination and dedication to that goal.  The great thing though is that once you start it, then all the other ways of working out will look silly to you.  You will not only become addicted to this type of workout, you will be excited to do other activities.  And the best thing is that you will be able to do these new activities and look great when your doing it!  Post some stories about what people say about your INFERNO workouts!
