Complete 5 rounds:

Push Press (115#, 75#), Max reps

Pull-up, Max reps

*No rest between pushes and pulls, take 3 minutes rest between each round




Bottom Tabata Squats:

8 rounds of Squats, 20 secs as many reps as possible, 10 secs rest, BUT rest in the squatted position

Post reps of each round and total for both wods to comments:
